Shipping & Returns


Return Policy

We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item we sell.

Upon receiving your item, you have 2 business days to contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will send you a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. Once you receive your RAN, you will have 5 business days to ship the item back to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. We also recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Sending The Item Back

Please do not remove the Authenticity Tag attached to your item. The item must be returned in the condition that you received it. The product must not have been worn, or show any signs of use. The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (such as original box, dust bags, straps, authenticity cards, etc.) that were received with the order.

Refund

You will be given the option of a store credit or a full refund.

Store Credit

You will be issued a store credit for the original sales price and any taxes paid. You can use your store credit to purchase other products on the website after it has been issued. Your store credit will never expire. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.

Refund

You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes paid in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this refund will not include any original shipping charges.

Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item is received at our showroom for the refund to be issued. The refund will appear on your billing statement 10 business days after the date of refund – however this may vary depending on your credit card company or bank.

We ship our products worldwide! All shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Processing Times

Items are generally shipped within 1-3 business day following receipt of payment and approval. Deliveries are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).

We offer standard and express shipping. Please contact us before placing your order to let us known of special instructions or requests.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and shipping method. Orders being shipped to the US or internationally may incur delays because of customs. Typically orders will take 5-10 business days from the time of order until delivery.

Tracking

All orders are sent including a tracking number. We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import taxes, duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country upon delivery. We mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand) and value the item at full purchase price (minus shipping).
